During the month of February, the St. Charles County Health Department is offering screenings without appointment. After February, you can still call for an appointment. Fasting total cholesterol; Fasting triglyceride; Fasting High Density Lipoprotein (HDL); Fasting glucose; Hemoglobin A1C blood test; On-site (express) glucose blood check. The first 4 tests require no eating or drinking for 9 hours prior to test. Most tests cost $5; there is also a $10 blood draw fee. Blood pressure examination & Body Mass Index (BMI) analysis are free
