ExerStart is a 20-week, moderate-intensity exercise class designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and mobility for adults 50 years or older at any fitness level. The program focuses on moves specifically designed to help people live at home and continue to do the things they enjoy.
The programs begins with a warm-up, followed by aerobics, then a cool-down period. Resistance bands help us to improve strength and flexibility while stationary exercises contribute to better balance and flexibility. Come, join us!
